PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

Greenforest-McCalep Christian Academic Center is open to all students regardless of religious affiliation (or lack thereof), race, and/or ethnic origin. However, we are not presently equipped to meet the needs of children who are mentally or emotionally impaired, nor those with severe learning disabilities and other special needs.

Prospective students may enroll during open enrollment periods. A prospective student should meet the following criteria in order to be admitted or readmitted to Greenforest- McCalep Christian Academic Center:

• Students should have a good academic school record as well as an acceptable record of psychological and social values (records containing expulsions substance abuse, or arrests must be further reviewed for probationary acceptance consideration).

• Students and their parents/guardians must desire a superior education under-girded by strong Christian teaching.

Our application process begins by creating a parent account. Click here to begin the process. Once a parent account is created, you will receive a system generated email. Please follow those instructions.

 

Log-in instructions to retrieve save application:

​

• Please go to www.factsmgt.com.

• Select Parent Log in from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.

• After the FACTS Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.

• Enter (GF-GA) into the District Code field.

• Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.

• Click the Create Account button.

• You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.

• Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.

• Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.

• Close the window.

• Log into Family Portal as instructed above.
